    Puka Creations Refund and Returns Policy

    At Puka Creations, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are happy to assist with returns. Please review our policy below for details.

    Returns and Inspection Period

    At Puka Creations, we accept returns only if the item was damaged during shipping or the wrong item was shipped. To ensure prompt resolution, please inspect all items upon receipt.

    • Inspection Period: You must notify us of any damages or incorrect items within 2 days of delivery.  
    • After this period, we cannot process any returns.

    To return an item, you must obtain a return authorization number from Puka Creations. Returns will not be accepted without this authorization. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

    How to Initiate a Return

    1. Contact us at orders@pukacreations.com within 2 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
    2. We will issue a return authorization number and provide a prepaid shipping label (call tag).
    3. Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number with the package.

    Refunds

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within one week. 
    • You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
    • The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

    Exchanges

    We also offer a replacement for damaged or incorrect items. Please follow the return process outlined above, and we will send a replacement once the original item is received.  

    Return Shipping Costs

    • For returns due to damaged or incorrect items, Puka Creations covers return shipping by providing a prepaid shipping label.
