Shipping Information

At Puka Creations, we are committed to providing a smooth shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding shipping methods and processing times.

• We ship all orders from California.

• All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

• Small Orders: Typically shipped via UPS Ground.
• Priority Mail: Used when appropriate, especially for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Bulk Orders: Orders consisting of 8 or more boxes, or those with bulky and fragile displays, will be shipped via pallet through trucking companies.

If you prefer, we can also use your UPS or FedEx account for shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
